We will also see RS (our most highly-touted recruit) for 2 whole plays.

I was at that game and you could hear it. It was awful.

We play much better, but Vandy is going to be better than we think. The Rant will continue in meltdown mode until we destroy ULaLa.

I think Lsu wins big in this one. We'll see a little more diversity from Crowton on O, and the defense will have more schemes and packages put in. Plus this is an opponent/coaching staff that we are more familiar with and actually have film on, and we're playing our home opener in TS.

LSU--- 38
Vandy- 13

I honestly think you will see a vastly different team next Saturday, I do, and I don't think it's positive thinking either. I just believe that this team will make adjustments and will be very hungry to put forth much more effort on playing a complete game. I also think that the training wheels are off now, and now that everyone is acclimated you will see some more man to man, blitzing, and playing tight on receivers by the D. You will also see some more wrinkles in the Offensive play book, and a better performance all around.

+1

Real tackling has started. We were rusty in tackling and now we have been baptized by fire. Vandy will not be a cake walk, and we will once again advance in bettering ourselves.

31-21 Tigers. One Vandy TD comes from a TO deep in our own territory.

I have no idea how many points Vandy puts up but I am pretty sure LSU will score 31. Isn't that what they score in every game, give or take only a few. Offense is going to produce.

Hope it will be more, but I fear it will be like 28 - 21 W for the Tigers. Special Teams need to step up, along with the D. Think JJ will be okay, now that he knows the passing game is good.
