I don’t think he wanted to leave, but there is zero chance he is the starter here next year. So I understand his situation. Plus I don’t know his NIL situation. Maybe we sign a HS guy in February under the radar plus the two portal QB’s.

I like the kids heart but he is just too inaccurate for big time sec football. You have to be able to hit the easy throws and too many times he missed them.

I hate it for this young man, he was a good Tiger and stated that he wanted to stay at lsu. However, when I watched him play at Miss St last season, I knew that he wasn’t an SEC caliber quarterback. He may as well go somewhere that he can get some playing time.
