Odd defending someone with multiple felonies who has about a 75-80% chance of reoffending, hopefully it doesn’t affect an innocent person

I guess the amount of force used, plus the contents of the items stolen, yes.

There were plenty of people serving time for it in a quick google search.

Dem voters have no expectations of good governance from their politicians. High taxes, high energy prices, no crime enforcement, govt stealing them blind at every turn? None of it matters to modern Dem voters because theyre brainwashed cult members.

just like Texas voters are with Talerico. Virginia deserves everything that comes with it just like Texas does if they fall for it

Dumb take. Do I deserve the wrath of a radical Democrat because I live here and didn’t vote for him?

Not sure why GOP doesn’t get any blame for picking these garbage candidates. The person who said “know what? Paxton would be a great candidate!” should be deported to Somalia. Paxton is like Trump - me first. So it’s not surprising he acquiesced and ran to jerk off his ego. At least Trump was a good candidate. Paxton just sucks period.

And so far, I’ve voted for him twice because Talafreako is a demon.

Sucks for you, I left Georgia so I guess you will be leaving Texas. That’s what happens when a once conservative state starts voting for “moderate” Democrats. The only difference is you share a border with Mexico

No one should be allowed to post tweetss as an OP without vetting them and citing sources verifying the claims in the random tweets they happen to be spoon fed by an algorithm.

The tweet literally has a clip from the local ABC affiliate embedded in it. A critical thinker would have noticed that.

So what are you going to do with the threads where a few on here start a thread on the first thing that pops into their head? We can all think of a few of those.

Within a month after release, but we won’t hear about it from a complicit media.

Did they identify the convictions of each felon released? Purse snatching is a felony in Louisiana.

I guess this is the 'ol "Virginia purse snatching" I've always heard about.

quote:

On Thursday, Spanberger’s parole board released a man who served 33 years of his three life sentences after he was convicted of cutting the power to the home of a couple in their 70s, breaking into their home, and murdering them. The grandson pleaded to the board not to release the man. But the board did.

And has the elucidation of finding out that these are indeed violent offenders changed your stance on this subject?

I missed that elucidation.

I don’t know the nuances of each offender or conviction. I’m familiar with many of the factors the correlate with decreased recidivism but I can’t apply to them to these individuals. I honestly don’t care to write research papers on each of these people to determine their risks of reoffending or make a moral judgement about them being granted parole.
