Using the Tebow jump pass against Florida...

Was Les trying to make some sort of point?
I wasn't exactly shocked but it seemed a bit atypical.... near the end of the game Miles rushed to call a timeout instead of incur a meaningless delay of game penalty... with the clear intention of scoring another touchdown.
Could it be our coach is actually becoming ARROGANT?

I thought it was a great call. It was a stick in the eye for Florida.

We probably don't call that jump pass play against any team BUT the Gators all year. I always thought that Tebow jump pass BS was ghey.

It was set up so brilliantly though.
1st down...Jefferson runs up the middle for a yard.
2nd down...Jefferson runs up the middle for another yard.
3rd down...Jefferson runs up the middle...then sticks it up their arse with the jump pass.

I agree. It's like in baseball where the pitcher sets up the batter with a couple of fastballs then goes with a change-up.

Wasn't LSU the opponent when Tebow debuted the jump pass? or am i forgetting something?
if we were the 1st opponent to see Tebow's jump pass... it's sweet redemptipon that JJ busts it out for the 1st time against UF...
and Miles is certifiable... and that's what we love about him

We've used a few Florida plays that Billy G has implemented in several games the past couple years. I believe we tried the jump pass last year but it didn't work, we've also done a few of those shuttle pass plays

I think that play call was his way of shutting the fans that were cheering for JL up. Kinda like him saying "could JL do that"
