hey it's all good... i question everybody on here too. as I said before it's all fluid and i'm reporting it as it comes to me.

after doing a quick search of news articles and some inside stuff. most people are reporting that Miles was in Dalls to interview multiple candidates, but they only confirmed that he was interviewing Stoops and Pendergast. My best guess is that you are correct on this, and he only interviewed two of them.
My guess is that stoops is a smoke screen and the true #1 and #2 are CP and Shoop. But it is hard to know what is true in all of this. Les and Staff are keeping things close to the chest.

I did notice in the advocate today that when they did the write up on Stoops they listed how many times his defense allowed over 30 points this season.... 7.... it's like they read my Clancy Pendergast defensive stats post.

I really don't want Stoops...Even in Oklahoma's Sugar bowl victory over bama, his defense gave up over 500 yrds of offense and 50% 3rd down conversions

totally... honestly i'd rather shoop than pendergast, but i'd take either over stoops.

I would too. Not sure if Coach O is a package deal, but he and CP are close so hopefully we get both.
I just hope brick decides to leave so we can get coach O.

while I actually think about it. The reason Miles may have wanted to interview stoops is that he believes he would be a good recruiter and Miles is doing due diligence and making sure CP is the best coach. What ever the reason is, I don't think there is much point to that stoops will be the guy.

Shoop is still in the picture. He contacted LSU after the bowl, but contrary to what I said yesterday he and Les also talked again while Les was in BR

That's my feeling too. I'd be happy with CP or shoop but I'd be ecstatic with CP AND O
