Umm no. We lost four this season. Just because O likes to pretend the season starts over after every loss doesn't mean it does.

Texas currently losing creates uncertainty for LSU. LSU is pressing during the game because if Texas loses then Texas will become a player for Herman. LSu wants to close the deal before another player is at the table. It is smart.

Bama was very bad for offense. O points and 125 yards is unacceptable with two weeks to prepare, regardless of how good Bama is. Miles and Cam would have done better than that.

Leaking that O interviewed was great because it created a position that we are happy with the alternative. Actually smart.
They may not fire Strong eventhough he loses. So Herman would be left holding the bag.
It is esstenially the old question, do you want a bird in your hand or possibly get 2 in the bush.

I really don't see this accomplishing the desired outcome. Herman's agent Wouldn't be doing his job if he allowed his client to make a decision before Texas has 100% entered the fold.

I agree- they tried for Herman & Fisher- If they can't bring either in, then go with O! We are LSU! If they don't want to be a part of us, then to hell with both of them!
