I predicted 9-3, which is still possible. However, the Tigers have not shown improvement over the course of the season - and not likely it will just somehow happen now. If we lose to A&M the best we can finish is 4-4 in the SEC. That SHOULD be unacceptable by LSU standards.

Ha i predicted 9-3 too. And it is still possible. But losing just 1 game more than you expected / predicted and it turns into a bust season? A bust of a season is what is going on at UF right now.

And I do agree that we havent improved as a team yet this year. We might of actually gotten worse as the season went on. And we havent really had any key injuries. So the only explanation is coaching IMO. We played our best the 1st weeks of the season. Now each week i dont know what to expect when we take the field.

OK so im guessing you thought we would lose to Bama, UGA, and TAMU?? Same here. That would of put us at 5-3 in the SEC. But losing 1 more game makes it unacceptable and the season becomes a bust?? Unacceptable and a bust of a season to me would be to lose to Arky, Miss St, Ole Miss. The lost to Ole Miss is unacceptable IMO. But thats just 1 lost that is unacceptable for me. It doesnt make the entire season a bust.

Again, like I said, the only TRUE blemish on our record is the lost to Ole Miss.

FACT...... If LSU loses the next two. Miles is in REAL trouble. But they beat A & M ,they beat ARKIE. If They lose to A & M and they very well may lose to Arkie. The team will be very deflated and go to The Music City bowl where they will belong. $4 mil a year should NOT bring us to the Music city bowl. After 9 years of Miles, It may be time for a change. I like the guy and he seems [at times] to be a good coach. But facts are facts. 7-5 with THIS talent is a total failure.

OK im not a Miles fan at all and think hes def overpaid and that its time for LSU and Les to part ways.

But

The talent you speak of... I dont see it. I see a team with a good QB, great RB, decent OL, with 1 great WR in Jarvis and 1 good but inconsistent WR in OBJ. Defensively, only player out there that is extremely talented and brings it every week is Kwon. Everyone else is blah.

Actually, not winning a Natl Champ with the talent we had from 2009-2012 is more of a failure than whats going on this season.

2011 is the only year I would agree with.

You get my point

Actually, the players from the 2011 season are the guys that get drafted in the 2012 draft. And the 2012 draft we only had 5 players get drafted. Which is the least # of players we had drafted from 2009 on. Meaning, we virtually had the same team in 2012 as in 2011.

Agreed - the Ole Miss loss was on Miles and the UGA loss was on Chavis IMO. Just a rough season. However, we were clearly to catch Auburn before they really emerged or else that also could have been a loss.

If we finish 2-0 and play well in a decent bowl game (Cotton, Cap One) I have a feeling this season may actually be remembered somewhat fondly.

Wouldnt really say its a bust. Do people just all of a sudden forget that we lost 9 players to the draft? And 7 more players with UDFA contracts? Thats a total of 16 key contributors gone to the NFL. Majority of those guys were on the D side too.

Forget it dude. Negatigers and logic are like oil and water. Perspective doesn't enter into the equation.

I wanted a coaching change on the spot right after Les Miles threw his 3rd interception of the game.

9-3 or 8-4 is a BUST?? Get a grip. You can be disappointed with the season record based on what was expected except 9-3 seemed to be what most experts saw for LSU this year.

If we could get to double digit wins for 2013 I would be content for this year.

Arkansas is terrible. If LSU loses that game you may see a lot of that behavior. It won't be a pleasent off season. That would be a really bad loss considering the state of Arky's program.
