No, it doesn't.
But if you're as even-handed in this thing as you claim to be, you'd have to admit that this bit of info about her doesn't make her any more credible than he is.

Neither Lowery nor his ex are credible.

And I was referring to all demographics. Now I realize you both must think only white people can be racist.
Clearly you are looking too far into it. In fairness, I have more white friends than black friends, and, as a white guy, crackers tend to be more open around me with their ignorance than the hoodrats. I grew up in a predominantly white neighborhood. One friend's family still hangs a Confederate flag in their front yard. That said, I know plenty of racist black people, too.

I'm not his father. I'm just a rather well-endowed mother.

It's like the Pacific Ocean. You'll find that the trash has a way of coming together.

Well, there has been presedence set that Unglesby can go by. In a somewhat similar case, back in 2000 Penn St. QB Rashard Casey was charged with felony assault after being involved in a bar fight. Joe Paterno, while facing a lot of scrutiny, chose to start Casey in spite of the charges and to just wait until the legal part played itself out before disciplining Casey. In the end a grand jury ended up dropping all charges on Rashard Casey and he walked away a completely free man. It even seems like he got some money in a law suit against the arresting police department that ended up settling out of court.

There is an arse kicking, then there is breaking a dudes vertebrae, which will give the guy life long chronic pain.

That's not necessarily true.

I didn't realize you could now sue the police for arresting you when they have evidence and probable cause if they turn out to be wrong or you get off. We must inform every criminal who has ever walked ever. That should bankrupt the police and then we can all do whatever the hell we want.

I work in an er. I deal with chronic pain patients most of them involve spine fractures. Its not 100 percent but the odds are def against that guy with the broken vertebrae

Kevin Faulk fought a policeman and never missed a game.

He will see a neuro-surgeon later this week.

It's not new.
It's called malicious prosecution. You would have to prove that investigators purposely ignored exculpatory evidence.
It's was (and still is) an issue in the Duke Lacrosse case.

Not referring to JJ's case in particular by the way. Just in general about people found innocent suing the police.

Physician assistant, t12-l5 is the area people typically have complaints originating from. I don't work in pain management though or neurology
