I wouldn't hate it. Freshman year didn't go the way he wanted, developmentally.
It isn't crazy to think he'd reassess based on the very significant changes in BR and Ann Arbor the past two months.

All that's important / relevant is if LK wants him, that's what counts.

Eh, if he does come then great. But if he doesn’t then oh well too. Theres other options at QB I’d probably rather have anyway. I’d Take Chambliss, CJ Bailey, Williams Jr or Leavitt if he can be healthy by start of next season over Underwood.

One would think that there were clauses within the contract so so he could get out of it. I don't know for sure but I would put multiple clauses in there if it were me.

Underwood does have that clause.
