Nobody really knows...everybody is going off...they've played one less game....the ace the pitched against Long Island can go for a few

They have Friday night starter available, and their 2 best relievers, we don’t have Jump, Holman, Herring, and Little

Anyone who doesn’t have their purple and gold glasses on knows they have the advantage but it doesn’t mean much. Every guy at LSU was recruited because they have high ceilings any of them can go out there and be lights out, or they can go be the guys they’ve been.

LSU fans have shown up just as well as USuCk fans in 2013 despite being like 11 hours further away

Just a heads up, don’t let the message board fans skew your perception of our fanbase lol. Yall have a damn good team this year. IF yall beat us today I’ll be rooting for yall the rest of the way.

Bright future too, freshman at 3B is a stud. A lot of the arms were underclassmen. Idk how many draft eligible sophomores

gotcha, that's what I figured

So we are fighting uphill yet again

Hopefully we can piece together the bullpen for 1 game, hoping for like 10-8 kinda victory, I just don't see us keeping their score that low

If our guys can throw strikes I like our chances. Going to be a high scoring game

Although Decaro their Friday night guy is a true freshman coming off 66p on 2 days rest... where he wasn't sharp vs the 4 seed. Not exactly your typical SEC Friday night guy on regular rest. 1 time through the order, max.

We got a good look at Pence on Saturday, who has throw 60p this wknd in 2 outings

Matthjis is their other top arm, who we haven't seen. He pitched vs LIU as well. Looks to be a 2IP tops guy

Poston is a burly senior RHP with loads of experience but a 5+ ERA on the year

Percival is the situational LHP we saw last night. He came in and walked the 2 hitters he faced.. giving up 2ER. Came in with a 1.61 ERA which now sits at 2.42 thanks to last night

They're gonna have to patchwork this thing together as well. None of their guys have gone much longer than 2IP all year. And I expect Decaro to be limited based on short rest.

I seem to believe that we were in the exact same situation last year, and I’d say this is normal given their circumstances. Let’s hope we can pull it out tonight and give our boys a warm welcome home for the super!
