i know one thing...dont be a visitor sitting in the visitors section going up the steps right along lsu season ticket holders ....the lsu fans are str8 off the chain...esp toward the visitors..dont have nothing odd looking on your being or have a woman with big cans or messed up clothes....you will get it right in the face....i sat with some friends once and i couldnt stop crying from laughing so hard....i didnt even know the score at one point it was so off the hook with heckling by drunk lsu fans......

If you'll notice, TitansAndLSU dude posted a link to our FLAME SECTION. He's got some posts of his own in there. We don't necessarily just hate LSU. We are building to become to LSU as Auburn is to Alabama in the future. It's more about competition. He's had his panties in a wad and spent too much time over on our board trying to talk up the Tigers to a fan base that REALLY doesn't want to hear it. He pretty much asked for it. I think Tech fans don't deal with LSU much because we don't really have a history with you guys and are geographically separated quite a bit. Honestly, we've got more of a rivalry with Hawaii and Fresno State right now. We probably won't play LSU again for a pretty long time after this season, so I'll make sure to be there in blue in November.
For what it's worth, I hear the annoying and illogical "tigerbait" jeer a few times when I go, and then that's about it. I know stuff goes down, but I haven't seen much happen to Tech fans at least in '03 and '05. I did have an idiot in purple and yellow sitting in the visitor section trying to impress his ugly girlfriend/wife by trying his damnedest to start a fight with me, but I just had to ignore him. It's always the lunatic bandwagon fringe of a fan base that you have to worry about anywhere. The people in the expensive parking spaces and seats are usually much more civil.

Frankly, this strikes me as more pathetic than any possible "flame" posts toward LSU by LaTech fans on there.

with all do respect sir....LA Tech is not and never will be an auburn to alabama a miss st. to ole miss. Sure y'all may slip up and beat us once ever 15 years, but with a 30,000 seat stadium that is never filled up even with SEC teams in it I doubt Tech will ever be considered a rival of anyone besides Tulane and ULL. That shite hole Independence Stadium isn't even close to big enough to hold all the LSU fans, so thats no option either. And yes do be a rival, you need to host every now and again

That's fine. You can laugh about that. We're not there at all right now, obviously. That's just the GOAL for the future. We've been horribly stagnant in athletics in a long time and are finally now starting to build up like crazy. Honestly, we don't really rag on LSU any more than we do Arkansas and Texas, to tell you the truth. We're just as likely to say something to people in Texas or Arkansas merchandise as we are to LSU fans in Ruston. We have pride just like LSU or anyone else does. ULL has the misfortune of being in LSU's shadow. Trust me, they are the BIGGEST pricks to Tech fans, just like they are sometimes with you guys. I guess we gotta beat them 77-14 again to shut them up.

That would make my day...I LOL'd when they blamed Tech for not making a bowl last year when the fact is no one wants a stinkin sunbelt team in their bowl. The blame has to fall somewhere besides on themselves.
