Agreed.

Isn’t Quinn on the Redskins or did I imagine that?

The problem isn't more so the transfer, its the impact the players had once they left. Usually a guy transfers and you never hear from them.

Like Ferguson? Or is that one of those we just ignore?

It would have had Miles took back control of the offense sooner than later like he did in Cameron's first year as OC. Cameron passed a lot in his first season as OC with a strong arm Mettenberger throwing to both Landry and Beckham and putting up ridiculous stats. I don't think Miles liked that, and towards the end of that season they were back to running heavy again. Lol But I'm glad it worked out for both Beckham and Landry even though I think they would have still shined in the pros with their talent without those stats that season. That shootout against Georgia was fun to watch, but probably not for Miles. Lol

No and we can't ignore Savion Smith starting at CB for Alabama either but the stories go many ways. It's just the way it is today with the transfer rules, etc.

Most all the coaches of the era changed(even Saban!!!!) but Les just couldn't get that Bo Schembechler(sic?) style out of his head!

i dont understand your question. Ferguson didn't transfer under Miles' watch. He left after 2016.

Yeah, you gotta change with the times and modernize shite, but not old Leslie, and the funny thing is Saban thought Miles had changed and modernized his offense that year. That's why he started changing shite at Alabama, afraid that LSU might start whipping that arse again. Lol

Ooh, an idiot wants me to shut the frick up. Why? Because I'm not bashing LSU and the former and present coach?

Even then, he went to Northwestern State and had 1100 yards on 65 catches and 13TDs

He did, and he didn’t transfer under Miles’ watch, therefore he doesn’t exist.

I didn't read anything other than the original post but let me just say this:

Trey Quinn and Tyron Johnson left because they wanted greater opportunity. Trey Quinn was in the doghouse because he dropped a pass that was thrown behind him in the Alabama game. if we would have used him like any other slot receiver he would have been a four-year tiger and a great one.
Tyron Johnson left here as the 4th or 5th whiteout on the depth chart to be the same on Oklahoma State's depth chart. You can catch a ton of balls in those systems.

LSU was pathetic offense has wasted the talents of so many receivers.

It is a pure crime that Jarvis, odell Jeremy Hill and mettenberger didn't obliterate NCAA scoring records.

Sad

It was 3rd and 10, the ball was in his hands (not behind him) and he dropped it. Wasn’t his first drop

Ferguson did way better transferring than being stuck in horrendous WR rotation LSU ran out this year. He would have never been showcased at lsu like he was at NWST

Quinn only dropped 2. Name me a receiver on LSU’s team that hasn’t dropped 2.
