Not quite sure of the law on this but if the weed, scale,grinder and bags were located in Mathieu's apartment, how do you separate the "intent to distribute" claim from the simple possession in reguard to the person who actually resides in the apartment. Just saying!!!

TM7 might catch on this time. He shouldn't have enrolled so early after rehab. Last thing you want to do after rehab is go back in the environment that you came from. He never had a chance. His mentor should have told him not to enroll.

Oh yeah. You're right, a 22 year old Jefferson is more responsible than the other 3 guys. Jefferson should have been having an intervention.
I mean why the hell does anyone care that Jefferson is one of the guys that got arrested. He has nothing to do with the team or next years team.
