Let me get this straight......
1) it was HB's apartment.
2) the place was blazzed full of pot smoke.
3) there was a "pot blinder" and scales in HB's apartment. Meaning they were preparing for distribution at that residence.
4) 10 bags total of unspecified amount (that's weird. They usually report that), only 8 were in the school bag.
5) it was HB's apartment.
Question: How is HB not also charged with intent to distribute?? He was allowing his home to be a base of operation.

I cant believe the plp on this site. These four guys are friends, teammates. So they got a buzz together. Hell my grandparents drank during prohibition. That does not make them bad plp. Did they screw up? Yes. Are they gonna pay a price? Yes. What i've read here tonight is just wrong and piling on.
What gets me is this. They were our warriors. they were LSU football players. They took the hits or made the plays that brought enjoyment and pride to all of us. Regardless of what they do in life from here on out, i will always thank them for their efforts on the field.

And they were also given a priceless education at one of the best institutions in the country among other things that most college kids are unable to acquire.
