Adam addiction depends on the person. People can become addicted to almost anything. Pot is safer than alcohol. Doing none of them is safest.

it’s not AS physically addictive as alcohol and typically doesn’t cause the severe withdrawal symptoms.
but heavy and chronic users can develop withdrawal symptoms and dependence on it.
