It’s quite obvious that O has lost the team. These guys look uninspired, they lack emotion, and whatever strings O is pulling the players aren’t responding. I don’t know whether it’s political or what but it’s bad and only gonna get worse over the next 3 games vs top 6 teams.
Don’t know the answer, but these situations don’t typically end well.

Thought they played a little harder last week. Is this thread just because a guy guaranteed to be picked in the 1st round has decided it’s time to opt out?

You’re reaching

I’m not buying he lost the team tbh

They are just young and have no player leadership

We’ll see... if there’s mass opt outs then we have a problem

Young team that also had a ton of turnover in key positions with the coaching staff. Add on the craziness and outside distractions and that’s recipe for the year we’re having

Then why wasn’t it a money thing from the beginning?

It was for 100% of the players who have opted out so far.

Also Marshall needed to play to increase his draft stock.

In Marshall’s situation, he had a lot to prove with his draft stock as he was overshadowed by Jefferson and Chase. He came in proved his worth and now that we aren’t playing for anything He’s protecting his assets (I.e. himself and being healthy)not rocket science.

All but 3-4 of our seniors and juniors who have pro potential have already quit. Teams usually follow the leaders. We don’t have any.

Farrell, Logan and Deculus all look 20-30lb fatter than last year. Seniors lead offseason training. COVID messed up normal workouts which meant those guys should have been even more important

The young guys are the future. Need to hold onto the hungry ones. Finish off this recruiting class and reboot in 2021

There hasn’t been team unity since August. There is no team mentality. The players love to call out the fans on social media but this team lacks any heart and they are not in love with the coaching staff. The next few games will be ugly.

It's called a hangover with Covid on top. After winning a natty, our roster and staff were decimated in a weird year. I know, Bama/Clemson/Ohio St don't have hangovers - but none have had to face covid after a natty and roster/staff overhaul (plus injuries and new defensive scheme). It was just a recipe for disaster this year, and it has been really painful. If we're not pushing for a SECCG berth next season, I'll then be really worried.

They are going to finish this year with 3 wins, that was a terrible Arkansas team we beat last week, Texas A & M will beat us by 40. Next year we will win 6 games and your guess is the following. I say O is a one trick pony
