This whole "adrenaline" argument got hashed out ad nausea in the scoreboard thread.
Long story short, that's not how adrenaline works.

His shots were wearing off

At least that's a valid argument. There's no way adrenaline lasted that whole game.
As for the limp video... I saw nothing wrong with the way he walked off the field. He was tired. I loved seeing the LSU guys showing some love as well.

I hate Alabama but how was that fake? After the game i over and you don't need to run, of course you walk with a limp. It hurts less when you do ... No need to stomp your foot in the ground when it's sore

I saw that too. I mean it was immediately after the game when he knew the camera was on him. At the end of the game they do a video with certain players as they walk off the field to their locker room. Tua knew he was being videoed so he limped around like a cripple. I am sure he was "coached" to do this to promote a narrative that he "was not 100%". What a bunch of clowns.

LSU players are classy as frick

I thought someone must have shot him right after the game...pathetic sales job.

Weird because when they showed him leaving through the tunnel at TN he wasn’t limping and the injury had just occurred

Looks legit. Which tells me he shouldn't have played. He literally has new holes in his leg which haven't finished healing.
Grant Hill nearly ended his career and life because he wanted to tough out a series on a bum ankle.

He was fine
The limp was 100% exaggerated to build in excuse for mulligan.
It’s like when someone gets burnt for a td or drops a td while falling, they act hurt to soften the embarrassment or give excuse for the fail. Then like 2 plays later they are perfectly healed.

Watch the video, he's faking

I agree that adrenaline had something to do with his ankle. But this is just patently false. His second half was the main reason this wasn't a blowout.

Joe mocked the Tua limp when he walked over to greet fans at the airport?
That wasn't him mocking anyone.
That's what it looks like when a 6'4" man who just exerted himself physically for four-ish hours immediately gets on a bus, then an airplane. He was stiff and exhausted.

Guys, this is a stretch, even for this board.

He had no drive in his foot on that last td throw. prove me right.

All respect for that young man. Great character and heart. I love how all the LSU players respected him and he respected the LSU players.

+1. He is one BAD arse football player! Torched the Tigers on 1 good leg. If he's healthy later in the post season we'll have to scheme better to beat that 'Bama arse again.
