TS concessions survey

Worth my time to fill this out and put them on blast!

If I thought they would actually give a damn about the surveys, I'd do one. But, they clearly don't.

My comments

Service needs to be faster. To go down to get something just before halftime, and being unable to get something and return to my seat before the second half is starting is totally unacceptable and the main reason I quit buying food this year at the stadium. Instead I get a large water going in and just bring a couple of granola bars in my pocket in case I do get hungry. Also, the last few times I got food it was cold. The help cannot make change. Basically, the concession experience has gotten terrible.

Good thing there is bottled water, can't screw that up. Wait, unless you count it not being cold when you get it. Or that one time at this years Auburn game, when it was about 110-115 heat index on the east sidelines, and people were dropping from heat stroke, the concessions were out of water. So I guess that can be screwed up too.

Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen this. I filled it out. I'm sure it won't help but it sure made me feel better anyway !

And what a quality survey it was. I promise you they will look forward to feeling the sincerity of our feedback.

Everything is great except the speed of the lines is terrible. Can't get food or drink after kickoff without missing plays.

Also, I told them they needed to add coconut juice, almond milk & insomnia cookies

Great idea. It's almost kind of sad that it would probably work.
