Let's not forget that was under the leadership of a different HC (a real one), we had an offense, that simply kept shooting themselves in the foot that day. This is a Miles team. Why would the team want to play for an asswipe that all but threw them under the bus. There is no a snow ball chance in hell that LSU will win Saturday. Slim to none and slim left before the Auburn game. The two seasons and games are apples to oranges.

That 2003 squad would wipe the floor with 2012 LSU. The coaching staff alone is light years better with Saban, Fisher, and Muschamp.
That DL had real beef and size like typical Saban D's. (Kyle Williams, Chad Lavalais, Marcus Spears, Marquise Hill) that would pulverize the current pathetic LSU OL. The CB tandem of Travis Daniels and Corey Webster would easily shutdown the smallish receivers on LSU '12 also.
Just like yesterday, the LSU O wouldn't be able to sustain anything, leaving the D on the field way too long. UF called something like 20 runs in a row and ran it down the D's throat. They knew it was coming and couldn't stop it, and that UF squad isn't all that. I know because I'm a UF fan and watch all of their games.
I have zero faith that Miles will change up his offensive gameplan. He's too stubborn and conservative. He'd prefer to ride the coattails of Chavis and the D to victory.

Washington was ranked yesterday..
Hahaha, then managed to get obliterated by UO last night. They got ranked just because they beat an overrated Stanford team.

At this point in the season?
Hard to tell
Mauck would have spotted this team an easy INT or 2
We might win 14-10 with 2 defensive scores against the 2003 LSU squad

Fat Baster and Dukev both agreeing
That usually isn't a good sign
It's like you motherfrickers are combining to form dumb Vultron or some shite

IF this team turns thing around and that's a big if, I do think that we will see some similarities to the 2003 team
If we beat USCe at home it will probably be an ugly win similar to UGA 2003.
If we find our offensive identity, I predict it will be against TAMU on the road in similar fashion to the USCe game from 2003.
If both of these things actually happen, I'm claiming prophet status and starting my own cult.

Mauck gave Ole Miss a gift INT in a big game in 2003
He spotted UF 2 INTs in that pathetic loss
And he almost gave away the BCS game to OU with a horrible INT that got returned almost all the way
People who remember Mauck as some game manager guy in the same vein of 2011 J Lee are nuts

I think I know the reason the way we played last night.
The team left BR which has an elevation +46 ft. They arrived in Gainsville and they experienced an elevation of +151 ft. When that happens, I don't know but that could have gave them a head ache, dizziness or diarrhea. Not a comforting thought.
I will now retire to hell.

Dude you really don't know anything about good football!!!!! I'm not even mad at you just disbelief.
Going back to last year against top ten teams
Georgia, bama, and now Florida. we've been shut out 8 of 12 quarters. This year we cannot move the ball. That team would beat us 34-3

Mauck would not be productive against this defense
And he would throw at least one or two INTs
Your recollection of him as a savior QB is rather silly. He threw bone headed INTs in almost every big game of 2003

that ole miss team was really good defense was legit!!
Mauck didn't throw very many picks. Usually against good teams you throw a couple picks
MAtt Leinart, MCCarron, Vince young , Tebow all threw couple picks, doesn't mean they were game managers.

He fricking telegraphed a pick 6 to the guy while we were backed up deep in our own territory to start the game
Are you saying that this defense ISN'T legit?

So, that makes me know nothing about football for suggesting that he might throw a couple INTs against this defense?
I'm trying to follow your logic here
You saying the 2012 LSU defense isn't any good?

You sound intelligent.
So by your definition of game manager
Jason white was a game manager?? he threw several picks against LSU and Kstate in 03.
throwing picks has very little to do with how productive a QB is if they throw alot of TD's
Mauck was pretty good, great leader, and would make occasional audibles 2003 would kill this team.
