It’s because he’s white, am I right

Not a chance. Belichick wants recievers that won't choke and drop passes that cost them a game.

If Quinn loved LSU as much as you all love him, he would still be a Tiger. He’s a MUSTANG an has not looked back. It seems pretty obvious that he only committed to the Tigers because of the instate pressure...he’s all SMU.
Jesus Christ... you have to be no more than 15 years old? He committed to LSU because he WANTED to be at LSU. Things didn't work out so he transferred. I mean this is his life we're talking about. Sometimes you have to make unpopular decisions to advance your career. You don't think he would much rather be a star receiver at LSU than SMU. Grow up dude.

Why do y'all keep bringing this kid up?
King Mo, he lead the NCAA in total receptions this year, was benched by Les and is having a good career. Played at LSU and is in play as a former Tiger.
Some on this board want to hate this kid and all he did was commit to LSU and play his heart out. Runs good routes, fast and catches eveything. Sure missed a few passes but so did Odell B.

“He plays within himself” as gross as that might sound.

Talk about a knee jerk reaction....then ending it all with “grow up”....I remember Quinn really wavering and wanting to attend Clemson, the staff had to put on a full court press to reel him back in. Had Quinn not been from our state, LSU would’ve been on the back burner. Only a person under 15 years of age would have problems understanding that.

He’s got a good head on his shoulders. He’s very well spoken. He has a high motor. Comparable to Welker. Maybe at LSU Todd Kinchen. Has a high Football IQ. Have I covered them all?
DUDE! You left out "brings his lunchpail" and "gives 110%"...SMDH

"Racist"
I never really understood this. I get it that he is white, and many want him to do well because he is white in a game where non-white is the majority. Maybe that opinion is racially driven. However, it seems to be perfectly okay in every other aspect of society to have a minority person or group as a role model, to support and praise them because they are a minority, and to force the agenda to ensure representation. However, when written as in to OP, it is almost always deemed as racist. I really doubt the OP was thinking racism when he posted this. Either way, once a Tiger always a Tiger so I hope he does well.

Haha. What makes idiots like you do this all the time? Why make racist taunts? Are you a nazis? Do you just like being a dick?
Trey Quinn is of interest because people want to be correct. A lot of us, including me, thought he would be a great college player. It had nothing to do with race. When he didn’t pan out we wanted to believe it was someone else’s fault, because we want to be right.
The evidence is stacking up suggesting we were indeed right. I’m cheering for Quinn for the same reason I cheer for Debo, I want them to prove me right when I predicted, when they were still in HS, that they would be NFL players.

What the frick did he say that is racist? Dimwit.

Quinn is not NFL material! That grass you're smoking must really be potent! Get a life!

That's a good place for him in the 2019 draft if he doesn't blow up any higher on the stat column. Next year is probably the best defensive draft I've seen in a while.

You mean like Welter and Edelman did, or is your comment supposed to be sarcasm?

It means that trey quim choked when he had the chance to help LSU beat bama. He didn't have the balls to compete for pt and stay at LSU. So he went to a second rate school in a second rate league playing a second rate offense.
He doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Edelman and Welker. quim couldn't hold their jock straps.

Players want to play. If it isn't working out at one school, for whatever reason, it's best to transfer to another school for a chance. I've never understood the argument that a player should "have the balls to compete" for the job, only to sit on the bench his entire college career if it doesn't work out. You only have a few years in college, and most guys (shockingly) want to actually play.
And Welker went to a second rate school (Texas Tech). Edelman went to Kent State and the College of San Mateo. Don't know how many notches down those schools are in your rating system.
