Not cutting it is a little strong, as he would be a welcomed addition to this team.

Any offensive coach with a hint of modern football would not split him out wide in a two back, one tight end set, and ask him to run only two routes, a go route or a stop route.
SMU is using him in 4/5 wide sets and letting him run crossing routes and destroy the inside slot defenders.

Which would of put up 40+ on the Gators yesterday. The middle was wide open the whole second half
