you got that right...kid is a player... should have been used just like Jarvis Landry... Over the middle... But Les Miles is too terrified to attack the middle with a forward pass... its a damn shame...

Wait a minute who was the head coach and off coordinator that used Jarvis Landry over the middle?

Trey has had issues with dropped passes, while Jarvis is not physically capable of dropping a pass. It usually takes 3 or 4 Miami players to pry the ball out of his hands after he makes a catch

Get a clue. Jarvis Landry would not have dropped 2 passes right in his hands that would have sealed a win vs. bama 2 years ago. That was enough for me to wish him bon voyage.
Actually, his drop against Bama helped us. We were forced to punt and then Bama fumbled the ball on their 5 yard line.

Also, Jarvis and Odell suffered from the drops their freshman year.

You should really get a clue. TQ dropped 0 passes this year unlike the list that played including other transferred player. Last year, Bama 1 legit drop, 1 questionable. That was a team loss and everyone knows it

They didn't. They're too busy saying how we squandered away talent. How Miles should have used TQ in a different fashion.

I like TQ, so best wishes to him and his family.

Funny how people forget that Odell and Jarvis couldn't catch a cold their sophomore years

I read what you wrote and I trust in what you said about Houston. I guess the others don't believe what you are saying or still want to form their opinion on where he will end up. What sucks for him going to a FBS school is that he will have to sit out a year before playing. Houston should be a very nice fit for him. For what ever reason it just did not work out for him here. I just thought he looked like he bulked up way to much and that might have hurt him. That is strictly my opinion.

My only wish is that he would have participated in Spring training to see if he could earn his way on the field first

Also did u not see the bama game yr before last? He dropped a few key catches over the middle of the field
He dropped 2, not a few. One was a flat out drop, and one would have been a fantastic catch on a bad pass had he made it. I challenge you to prove me wrong. If you do I'll gladly say I was wrong.

I knew that was going to be the first comment but I can see him being a great receiver for Brady one day

Sounds like he was top graded with all of the WR coming in this year.
