No one dislikes Trey Quinn though. He's a talented player, but we have lots of talented players.

Rewatching the game and he noticeably whiffs on some run blocks.

Reality is that Quinn won't be at LSU next year

People like you make it obvious you are targeting one player
Why would I be targeting Quinn? People on here just need to accept that Quinn isn't a top 8-9 option for the lsu offense.

The dislike for TQ is far more of a mystery on this board than the number of his "fanboys".
I have seen any dislike. Just reality. The reality that we have 8-9 offensive skill position players that all warrant more touches than Quinn. This isn't dilike. It's reality.

Telling the truth isn't the same as disliking him. He isn't one of our top WRs at this time. It's that simple.

Trey Quinn problem is that he doesn't get off the line of scrimmage quick enough, he might have nice long speed but looks slow by the time he completes his route, by then the ball is throw to someone else who has completed their route.
Look at the tape, tape dont lie

Trey got plenty of opportunities last year. He dropped a TON of passes and thus the coaches don't trust him as much as his very talented teammates. He's just another guy out there. He may do ok in a Mike Leake (Washington) like system, but he has to fix the drop issues or he is going to be spending a lot of time in dark sheds.

Lots of freshman played like freshman last year.

Trey Quinn will get drafted by the New England Patriots and skip his Jr year............

He dropped a TON of passes

How many drops did his very talented team mates drop in the first 4 games this season?? More than Quinn did last season; go review the game film....better check yourself before you wreck yourself!
I'm not going to convince anybody who is delusional enough to think Moo State is #2 in the SEC Power Rankings

LOL come on man. Miss State is my squad son. Realistically they are probably the 4th or 5th best though. Debatable between them and Ole Miss.
I'll have to review quinn more but, it seems like his drop % was high and he got demoted because of it.

Quinn has been officially clocked in the 40 at 4.38 while Johnson a 4.52.
And what does this mean? Unless you're at a track meet... Absolutely nothing when it comes to a WR on a football field. Look... I'm going to be honest.. I agree with most people on the board who says TQ deserves more opportunities in the offense but when people talk about nonsense such as speed, that's when it becomes a little ridiculous. People who have played the game know it's much more than just straight line speed that gets you on the field. How do you get off press? How do you separate from the defender? How do you get in and out of the route? Can you win one on one match ups down the field (i.e. Tyron Johnson jumpball catch) etc.. etc.. It's obvious the coaches know more than what we on this board WILL EVER KNOW... The rest is nothing but speculation

I told that to someone else awhile back. He goes from being the Best Wr in the Country damn near to not even touching the field or getting any targets. Something is wrong with that. I wonder how his dad is handling this.

I told folks this. His grandfather coached at McNeese years ago. I just dont see hownhebgoes from the best Wr in the Nation to no targets or field action.
