The rumor everyone is tiptoeing around is that Jennings was involved. He wasn't, but the police may want to get a statement from him. He isn't under arrest as someone else said, and I've been told nothing will come of it as it pertains to Jennings.

They are saying Jennings, Bain, and Thomas (not clear which) participated in a home invasion. Completely separate from Trey Ls incident.
