He was fun to watch last night. He needs to be a little more selfish with the ball.

I’m just worried what would happen if they double teamed him to try to shut him down

Let’s hope he keeps it up in this difficult stretch and into the tourney. This is about where he fell off a bit last year, it seems. Not sure if it was teams figuring him—and is—out or just the freshman wall. But I expect he’ll overcome either and continue to excel.

Wade’s biggest recruiting job this year is going to be trying to sell Waters and Reid on coming back to develop even more, but to also make a legit Final Four run. I don’t think LSU is ever gonna 1-and-done themselves to a national championship, but a team returning Sr. Mays, 3rd-year Waters, and 2nd year Reid, along with all the other pieces getting better or coming in, that is an LSU team that could make a legit run to the Final Four and potentially win an NC. Granted, both of them staying in this day and age is unlikely, but it’s gonna take something like that to make a legit championship run rather than topping out at being a perennial Sweet 16ish team.

JW. What do biz turnovers per game look like. It seems when he is on he has fewer TOS. When he is off he gives the ball up in pretty knuckleheaded ways.

That area of his game has improved tremendously over the last few weeks.

Where did you get the PER stat? I would like to see him compared to the rest of the league.

He's playing at a different speed right now. Some of it is bc he is smaller in stature, but his ability to manipulate the defender with his agility is impressive to watch. He's small but still gets the rack with ease. Plus he was locked in last night with the jump shot. Fun to watch fellas.

He must’ve been having some women problems early on in the season because that was just some bizarre play from him early on. He’s back to his normal badass self again and it’s great to see.
