Transfer of Arik Gilbert

I heard that the SEC requires a player to stay out a season if he transfers from one SEC school to another SEC school. What happened here?

No clue, but I for one am glad he transferred. Great player, but he’s all about him. Team came together and played AS A TEAM as soon as he sat out. frick em. He’s Tiger bait now.

I had Covid. It was a minor head cold and loss of taste for a few days. I've worked through much worse. They've been cooking the books on the numbers for over a year. It's time to quit the nonsense and get back to normal. Oh, and Gilbert should have to sit out.

100% bush league that he went to a team on our schedule. He 100% should be required to sit. He isn't even in school this semester.

Gilbert only wants to play one more year of college football. Look for several successful freshman athletes to “transfer” within conferences to sit out soph play junior and go to NFL.

Congratulations. I have 3 close friends who died, several more who have suffered for over a month and now can’t walk across a room. Consider yourself lucky. It’s not a joke
