When I moved from Baton Rouge to SF, I took the 10 all the way across Texas....

I wanted to slit my wrists from San Antonio all the way to Phoenix. 2nd worst stretch of interstate ever....behind Mobile to Atlanta.

I've done this a couple of times in my life....from San Antonio to Phoenix, the ideal vehicle is something along the lines of a Lincoln Town Car....something big, fast, and comfortable....you want to be able to cruise at 90 all day long.....

you ought to try driving across Texas at 50 MPH.....did it with the bus 6 years ago
