The program has become stale under her leadership.
I think a change is needed but I don’t think she’s going anywhere after this season.

Beth is a a good consistent coach with a scandal free program and fans complaining about consistent 40 win season need to check out some other programs that consistently win 20-25-30 games a yr. Appreciate what she brings to programs and she can recruit with the best. Maybe a change of asst coaches is needed but not HC.

Well we’re not a mid major program. We have all the resources to be an Oklahoma, Alabama, Florida, etc. and it’s about time we see how high our ceiling is as a program. We’re LSU, not one of the Mississippi schools.
Beth is a fantastic person, and as a matter of fact, it’s really good that we’ve had people like Beth and Paul leading the softball and baseball programs, especially since some our other teams have had lots of issues inside their programs. But it’s time for a change I think.

Why don’t y’all let the season play out.
She had LSU possibly hosting a top #8 national seed
-with Ali hurt and Pleasants hurt half the SEC conference games
-has top BA in SEC and pitching with Ali and Sydney are legit 1 and 2 starters
They just lack making the big hit or hit defensive play
**now the mental side and her not making changes I can get on board with, you have to adapt
But her record speaks for itself not every program is Oklahoma

So...if Brian Kelly would have our football team at the top of the SEC West each year, only to lose the SEC Championship and have to settle for a lower bowl, would that be grounds to keep him for 10 years?
If Kim Mulkey would get us to the NCAA Tournament each year only to lose after the first or second game, is that what we would be happy about for 10 years?
Time has proven that Beth is either a mediocre head coach or she simply cannot surround herself with a competent staff. We keep getting the same results year after year! Are we to get comfortable with just average?
Fans want championships, not just nice coaches who are adored.

She has won a lot of games there. We all are just frustrated when we don't win the games we think we should. I know I am. Our pitching has been good, but the bugaboo with ball playing is always the offense. It's always will be that a hit at the right time is worth a million.

I understand and it has always been a blood-in-the-water kind of place but there has been a significant uptick in the vitriol, in my estimation, and also a lot of the insertion of politics into the discussions that are not in any way related to politics.
This place has never been for the feint of heart but it has gotten nearly unbearable at times recently. I will say that it may be curling back a bit though, or maybe I lost the few F's I had left

Yes, she does. She should be appreciated. And replaced. Both can be true.

Please point me to the industry that allows for you to continually underperform and keep your job. No one has anything against Beth personally. She just isn’t good at her job.
