He’s back at practice. Look at his reps during practice. They’re not giving him reps if he’s not playing until the title game. That’s a game that may never come.

I don’t ever remember hearing from LSU that’s he was suspended. Is it possible he just lost love for the game or was going through a family crisis ? If I were on the team I’m not sure I’d want him back. Sorry but there are consequences for actions.

I doubt that will happen...using my brain you can’t refuse the drug test and leave the program and that doesn’t count against you...in any other real world scenario that is counted as a failed test...only logical scenario to me is he had already failed did his 3 game suspension and then failed again resulting in 6 game suspension went to rehab program to be eligible again this year for the Natty after 6 game suspension is served.

basically everything i am reading is, unless something changes the earliest he could play would be the National Championship game. Other sites are confirming this.

You’re correct. He tweeted those sentiments several weeks prior.
The truth is that much of what has been posted is speculation, let it play out

......as much as LSU needs Divinity I would NOT let him back on this team. My understand is he separated himself from this team when the team needed him.
Discipline is a very fragile thing. You make exceptions for one player........you can bet that's going to be tested again by another player down the line.
Don't do it Ed Orgeron. You're not their father......you're their coach.

Ed seems to be the kind of guy that believes in second chances. His own story (both personally and professionally) is a testament to the fact that people can go through adversity, change, improve and come out better for it.
Happy to have Divinity back.

Apparently Divinity means more to his teammates than he does to you. They often refer to each other as “brothers”. They probably have empathy or compassion for whatever Michael is facing.

I’m guessing he refused drug test by claiming personal reasons.

We should probably withhold these types of judgments without knowing what really happened.

Not if you caught wind of test coming and bailed before it happened.

I agree with your premise and none of us are in the room but I want the best players to play
