Maybe because I want this to happen so badly I find those comments interesting. He could have said,” He didn't think there was a need to make changes to the staff”or something similar. The door seems to be left open. Also I didn't expect Miles to say anything to take away any attention from the recruits today. That's not Mile's style.

Didn't he out and out say last year "no staff changes will be made"?
He deflected. Changes are at least being considered IMO, though hiring people (and moving current coaches around or having one leave for a new job) can complicate issues, as does salary and whatnot.
