They are holding off on the restart due to more storms developing to the south and southwest of hoover. Pretty nasty cell developing and moving nne. With the six mile lightning radius i am sure it will be delayed for at least another hour or so until the storms move out of area.

Was a bit premature but the grounds crew are out, haven't pulled tarp ye, but blue skies seem to be rolling in. There is thunder though.
