As you make your predictions, take these facts into account:

1) GA Tech was projected to win three games all year and finish next to last in our ACC Division

2) GA Tech installed a brand new offense (Triple Option), using players recruited for totally different style (Pro-Style) of play

3) GA Tech installed a brand new dew defense

4) GA Tech played with a limited number of scholarship players due to NCAA sanctions, players transferring with new coaches/personal reasons, players quitting football due to medical and academic reasons, etc.

5) GA Tech suffered numerous injuries to key players, at key times, during the course of the year, forcing GA Tech to play with several second and third team players, many of which were Scout and walk-on players

6) GA Tech ended the season with 75 underclassmen playing, including 16/22 starters who are freshmen and sophomores

7) GA Tech will start next year with only seven seniors on the team

8) GA Tech had 12 games with 64 plays that went for 20 or more yards

9) GA Tech had 9 scoring drives that took 1 minute or less

10) ACC Coach of the Year (Paul Johnson)

11) ACC Offensive Player of the Year (Jonathan Dwyer)

12) ACC Player of the Year (Jonathan Dwyer)

13) ACC 2008 James E. Tatum Award Winner (Darryl Richard)

14) BCS 3rd leading rushing offense (282/game)

15) BCS 14th leading rusher (Jonathan Dwyer – 1328 total, 110.7/game, 7.0 avg./12TD)

16) BCS 5th leading QBRat (Jaybo Shaw – 194.0; and I believe someone said GA Tech can't pass the ball???)

17) BCS leading Pass Interceptor (Morgan Burnett - 7, tied with 3 others)

18) GA Tech is 2 -0 against the SEC this year, averaging 40+ in scoring against them

19) GA Tech beat 5 teams playing in Bowls games this year

I'm obviously a GA Tech guy, but I am also looking forward to a great, competitive game between two proud teams that come from storied programs, rich in tradition.

Here's looking for a great one between us, especially one where no one gets injured...

Hope this isn't a repeat (didn't feel like reading through 6 pages.......)

Whoever has the ball last........the scoreboard should be lighting up a lot.

Excuse me, but isn't LSU's mascot a big pussy by definition? In fact, tigers are the world's largest pussies!
