Thank you for leaving. You probably were one of the ones who complained enough to have the ticket office make that statement about requiring fans to sit down..

quote:

9-The so called fans who constantly get up and go to the restroom, concessions, etc. even during crucial plays in the game requiring me to stand up and let them pass.

So called fans? You are giving up your tickets...

quote:

8-Getting wet from the drink that was spilled on me by the so called fan on their way back to their seat.

Again the emphasis on "so called". Dude, your giving up your tickets! Wear a rain jacket if your concern is getting a little bourbon on you.

quote:

7-Constant barage of profanity, bird flipping, and general obnoxious behavior.

This is the reason why we are known as the most proud, rowdy fans in the country, making it the most difficult place to play. TS will now be a better place without your cynicism.

quote:

6-Drunken fans on the highways trying to get home after the game.

Can't argue with you there...

quote:

5-Needed the funds for another project. (see #1)

I kindof hope that one of your friends comes over to watch a game and gets up during the middle of a big play and spills his drink all over you.

The flu? Are you a bubble boy? Its been around for thousands of years...

quote:

3-better game time weather conditions.

Unless your media room is outdoors, i'm not sure weather conditions apply..

quote:

2-Great cooking at a much better price.

You need to learn about the art of bumming tailgate food..

quote:

I FINISHED MY HOME THEATER ROOM!

Just think..Next year when its in the late part of rivalry game, and the other team is going for it on 4th and short, you'll probably be turning up the TV to try and get the same effect as if you were in TS, wont you? But wait, there's nothing like it. Its the best place in the whole entire world and one day, and trust me this day will come, you will be sitting in that room, and longing for those spilled drinks...those ignorant fans...those rain soaked nights(although it never rains)...and the roar of the crowd...

I pity you...

Point(s) well taken
BUT
There is NO PLACE like TIGER STADIUM!
I wouldn't give up my tickets or miss a home game for anything!
And I have a rocking home theater - it's just NOT the same!

My theater room is better. And I can fit 92,000 of my friends.

I call it Tiger Stadium

Flawed logic...

I seriously feel sorry for you because you sound like you were once a fan..

I don't care if my theatre room looked like Tinsletown and we could eat Filet Mignot and sip Crystal, I'd still rather be in Tiger Stadium.

Not there yet, but I understand your frustration! Being from out of the BR area and having to get up for 5:30am or pay a local student to secure a tailgating spot is getting old! LSU needs to establish more payed/permit parking for season ticket holders. There is not enough space as of now and too many individuals who do not have tickets, but take up space are on campus. LSU is not being customer (paying) friendly

Top ten reasons I gave up my season tickets
10-no more fans blocking my view of the field by standing the entire game.
9-The so called fans who constantly get up and go to the restroom, concessions, etc. even during crucial plays in the game requiring me to stand up and let them pass.
8-Getting wet from the drink that was spilled on me by the so called fan on their way back to their seat.

3-better game time weather conditions.
2-Great cooking at a much better price.
And the number one reason I gave up my LSU football season tickets.
I FINISHED MY HOME THEATER ROOM!

I bet you didn't have season tickets. EVER!
