You need to appreciate Rebel's keen humor. He is really funny.

Anthony Wilson shot against Kentucky, '86?

Wilson's shot at the buzzer in the 1986 NCAA tournament was vs Memphis State in the second round.

With that said,Morris' HR for the sheer drama and the title it won.

If you've never heard the Kentucky radio announcers call of that, it's definitely worth tracking down...."The fans are still on the goalposts....I don't know why...."

I say WM's homerun without a doubt is in first, but greens catch against GA turned our football program around and led to a National Title.

I agree...

L.S.U.'s 1986 Final Four Team....

Ricky Blanton's "game-winning bank-in shot" as the buzzer sounded to give the Tigers the upset victory over Georgetown before the largest
regular-season crowd (54,321) in college-basketball history at the Superdome.

Warren Morris in a landslide...2-outs bottom of ninth down by a run...NATIONAL FREAKING CHAMPIONSHIP ON THE LINE...come on guys...it's not even close.

If we are not talking importance to a season, championship etc. I would say Bluegrass Miracle. That was just an incredible series of events.

I'd say Warren's shot...there are many great ones but only 1 provided a national championship.

This might not be one of the tops here, but one of the best I have seen is when Flynn tossed the ball to Colt David for a TD on the fake FG try in the 2007 South Carolina game. The look on Spurrier's face was priceless. And then the smirk by Miles was as good.

Pellini at Nebraska tried the same play this past year and it scored as well--except for the opposing team. Just goes to show--LSU is one of a kind.
