Thanks Dinardo, last two years of the 90s: 4-7 & 3-8, he tooks us off this list.
That guy really blew.

That guy led us to Saban for Champ #1, then Miles for Champ #2.

A greater good in the end.

Had Dinardo gone, say 8-4 and 9-3, where would be be today?

We'd be a Top 15, 8-4 / 9-3 program, year in and year out.

I'll take the way it ha worked out - a couple shite years to move Dinardo out and then the luck of the chancellor to bring in winners, not pretenders.

That list is just the NCAA teams that had the best win pct over the last ten years.

If you just look at the last eight years, LSU is #6 in the NCAA.

If you just look at:

...2005-2007 (Miles), LSU is #4 in the NCAA.

...2000-2004 (Saban), LSU was #7 in the NCAA.

...1995-1999 (Dinardo), LSU was #42 in the NCAA.

...1991-1994 (Hallman), LSU was #81 in the NCAA.

...1987-1990 (Archer), LSU was #37 in the NCAA.

...1984-1986 (Arnsparger), LSU was #9 in the NCAA.

...1980-1983 (Stovall), LSU was #55 in the NCAA.

...1962-1979 (McClendon), LSU was #15 in the NCAA.

...1955-1961 (Dietzel), LSU was #26 in the NCAA.
