I know you're being facetious, but...
Using this line of thinking, Jeff Samardzija is having an atrocious year for the Cubs.
Using W/L record of a QB or a pitcher to determine their worth is misleading more often than not.

JR - hands down any other #1 is wrong
Bert Jones - using history here alone
YA Title - history again and hard to even rank when he didn't play with blacks or throw like today. I'll give it to him. More so on NFL success though.
Hodson - often regarded as the best from people who went to school during that time but I can't listen to that. But his numbers speak well.
Davey - only one great season but it was unreal and fun. He is my Hodson
Mauck - season cut short in 2002 but was our first really good double threat QB and won a championship
Flynn - similar to Davey with only one full year and a bowl game. Had an elite offense to help him out which is why I put him behind Mauck. And he lost twice that year to shitty teams.
great list

You've completely missed my point.
Someone made a quip that Jefferson should be considered because he is 5th all-time in wins. I likened it to saying that Samardzija is having a bad year because he is 1-5.

Did you read his next sentence....

Kinda like comparing rings. Robert Horry isn't a top 50 NBA player but the guy was on some awesome teams.

Jamarcus Russell??? Really??? Could throw the ball 80 yards off his knees, but like the Gorilla that could hit a golf ball 400 years and got up to the hole with a 3 foot putt and hit the ball another 400 yards... Quarterbacks win and win the big ones. Hodson was probably the best for a career. He had less around him most of the time. Put him on the 2010, 11, 12 teams and we win 2 nattys. Bert Jones easily number 2 but had to deal with an era where the option QB took over so they alternated the best QB in the nation with Paul Lyons... Geez

Are you fricking serious? Not only is this misguided and not indicative of Russell's time at LSU, it's got a lovely little twinge of racism to it.
His completion percentages his last two years were 60% and 67%, respectively. In 2006 we lost on the road to Auburn in the biggest officiating fiasco I've ever seen and on the road against the eventual National Champion. How many games did Flynn lose in 2007?

Just a little twinge huh?
GD you are one little whiney bitch.

JR is somewhere in top three.
Pretty solid list tough.

What about my post is whiny besides the tongue-in-cheek statement about racism? Just gonna ignore everything else? Classic TIGRLEE
Do you actually agree with the bullshite I was responding to?

Only thing I don't agree with is you crying about someone being racist just bc he used the word gorilla in an analogy.
People like you are the worst.

Congrats on completely missing the satire. And congrats on the faux-outrage.

Perriloux??? What in the frick? Im not even going to begin to break this down but we have had some nice talent at that position over the past decade, and a couple of dumbfricks lol. How about some love for old Marcus Randall though with the Bluegrass Miracle.
