I will never understand why anyone that roots for lsu, would want him off of first base

Not saying I want him off of first but I can see a scenario where him playing in the outfield is better for the team.

I've watched him play the last 2 years, he's saved way too many errant throws at 1B. Why anyone would want to move him from there, I have no idea.

Between that and the groundballs he snags, i think he saves more runs than most first basemen

He's one of those guys you can depend on. Jay will love being able to pencil in Crews in CF and Morgan at 1B, so I'm sure he has a plan for White. 3B seems like the best guess.

Morgan needs to cut his hair and tuck in his back pocket.

We basically have 3 spots up for grabs in this scenario: LF, 3rd, and DH

I think Dugas, White, Stevenson, and Jobert battle it out.

Personally i think Joberts lack of consistency makes him the odd man out and that Jay already promised Dugas a spot in the field to come back.

3rd....Dugas
LF..... Stevenson
DH.....White

White will be given the opportunity at third. I believe one of the reasons he transferred was to get more of an opportunity in the field. You'll have a rangy shortstop in Pineda and a rangy second baseman in either Jordan Thompson or possibly Carter Young if he ends up transferring to LSU. You'll give up the few hot shots past White at third if he brings in 27+ home runs and 74+ rbi with an average of 0.362. All better numbers than Crews had this past season.

This is the weirdest "Who's on 1st" joke I've ever heard.

We have some good problems. I’d say pitcher/catcher is biggest fix we need to be concerned about. We need a catcher who can play defense and hit. We need 3 starters to keep the bull pen fresh. If the bullpen performs next year like they did this year we are in Omaha.
