Nah then you can have shite fester for too long. A bosses job should be to supervise and facilitate. Im your boss because I've been here before and Ive seen all the problems youre likely to have.
Id rather them come to me with a mistake then come to me with an irreparable catastrophe because they were scared to tell me they fricked up.
I'm in blue collar work and thats all I've ever done so idk about other industries
