So I either have to say this season has been outstandingly handled by O or I'm miserable ? No middle ground?

Once again you missed the point. Turning this team around was absolutely amazing coaching. It could've been so easy for this team to give up and lay down but they didn't. They came out and won the next three.

I never said the entire season was an outstanding coaching job. That simply is not the case.

Once again, no I didn't.

Which turn? We took a turn towards a majorly downward trend , then got back to whatever it is we are now.

So beating two shitty teams, one good one, and then just covering the spread against Bama is outstanding now?

Since you sound like a Saban lover, are you old enough to remember Saban losing to UAB at home in 2003? Do you realize that we have a new coaching staff and many freshmen playing this year, along with a slew of injuries in the first half of the season? Have you not noticed that our Oline has finally gelled and that includes a couple freshmen? You seem like the type that prefers to complain than to look at the positives and build upon those.

Well, if your middle ground is miserable...I guess so.

I wouldn't say outstanding, but after MSU and Troy, he and his coaches prevented the team from mailing it in. So far.

My middle ground isn't miserable. I'll be at the game Saturday cheering on the Tigers.

I don't need to pump up a 14 point loss to Bama while doing that though.

So you agree with me, maybe now you can stop calling me miserable.

You are also missing the point. Losing to Troy was horrible coaching in the first place. So Orgeron set you up by lowering the bar so much that fairly modest accomplishments afterwards seem "outstanding". Auburn is his best accomplishment so far but it remains to be seen how good they really are. I'm not buying their current ranking.

I know the point I am trying to make (we looked like arse after losing to state and troy and obviously don't anymore). You can't tell me I'm trying to say something that I'm definitely not

Once again, you are missing it. But please, continue digging your hole.

Having the loses we had then beating Fl, AU, Ole M, and playing Bama to their lowest point spread in their season IS A TURNAROUND.

but then, there is no one blinder than he who refuses to see.

is it permanent ?? who knows
but for now it is a turnaround.... enjoy it.

one game at a time

What are you talking about? UAB was a shitty team that beat us at home. To the immortal Saban, nonetheless. It happens. But go ahead with your lulz.

Yaa, A&M played them closer. And I thought we got rid of Miles to beat Bama, not just play them close.
