Congratulations on your retirement! As a devout LSU Tiger Fan, I will always be grateful for your coaching years at LSU and specifically our 2003 National Championship! Your profession is a business, and unlike most, I understand why you left LSU to pursue your dream of coaching in the NFL...that obviously didn't work out! Going to Bama' definitely pissed me off, but you did what was right for you and your Family and for that, I understand. I wish you nothing but good luck and happiness in your retirement years, but as always Buck Fama and GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

Dear Coach Saban,
You are both the best college football coach of all time and the biggest prick in the history of college sports. I hope you find some joy and humility in retirement.

I guess his statement at the end of tenure with the Miami Dolphins in 2006 is finally true: "I guess I have to say it," Saban said. "I'm not going to be the Alabama coach."
