TN game tickets no longer listed on account

Just looked. Mine are missing too. I looked into it. Apparently this is common. Check your order history. Also check your email for a refund. If you haven't received one, then unless there was a major malfunction, you should still be good. Sometimes they reshuffle and redistribute.

Mine aren't in there either. I don't have a refund or email from the ticket office about a refund, so I sure hope I'm good. We already have a cabin booked for the week after. I guess they're moving me from second row from the top to the very last row at the top. I guess we'll get a breeze and a nice view of the river.

If you go to your LSU Tickets Account online (not through the App, but a laptop or similar computer) and click on Order History. then click on Tennessee, it should stil show the cost, row and seat number and the number of tickets that you purchased and were assigned. If it doesn't, you need to call the ticket office.

If the tickets show up in the order history, the fans still have tickets. LSU won't change the seats, take away seats or the amount of the tickets. This happens every year on away games.

The home team (not LSU) controls the distribution of tickets, so LSU is at the mercy of the home team. Some teams use the same ticket system that LSU uses (like Ole Miss) so the distribution of tickets is easy. Other schools use a different system, so the tickets have to be issued by the home team. Sometimes, you will receive an email (a week or two before the actual game) and it will have a link to download the tickets in Ticketmaster (for example). You just need to be patient. No fan is getting screwed over.
