What a spectacularly idiotic post.

All Mathieu has to do is transfer, show up to the combine, piss clean and he's guaranteed millions as he was anyway. Only one who suffers is LSU's defense. Hope it was worth it.

Who's responsible if not the head coach?
The individuals themselves are responsible. if you want to go deeper, then go to parents or those who are responsible for rearing the individual as a child. but blaming the coach? seriously??

Aside from allowing JJ back last season Les has always been good about letting guys go when they have gone too far.

Anyway, 2012 was never going to be as good as 2011 for TM7. Not saying he wouldn't have made a lot of plays, but his attitude had started to outpace his ability IMO, and there's a reason his forced fumbles and punt returns were so extraordinary: b/c nobody can keep doing that stuff with such regularity.
TM7's actual play wasnt overrated last year, but his play last year caused everyone to overrate him as a player.

Miles could NOT have made Tyrann make a different choice. Hard nosed or not.
All he could do was teach him through discipline, which he is trying to do by upholding the rules.

It's crazy that he's still on the front page of ESPN's college football section for the power rankings story. Things change so quickly.

No it isn't, what's sad is he can't follow team rules, which reflects directly on Miles and staff...

Healthy dose of perspective is needed. If 50-something year old men like me care more about LSU football than the players, something is wrong, probably both with me, and the players. Kid is a great player -- most of us would give our left arm to be in the position and have the opportunities that he has (had). It is hard to fathom how someone in that position, with so much to gain, and so much to lose, both from an individual, and team perspective, blows it off to be stupid. But it's college kids.
True Dat!!

What's sad is most big schools don't do random drug tests. The players have a general idea when the tests will be. He's an idiot. Assuming this is drug related.

Is Miles their babysitter? They're grown men. The rules are laid out clearly. They continue to violate and Miles has to take action.

wasn't TM7 the one harping a few days ago about some bullshite "DBU contract".

Pros care very much about character. Kids with constant disciplinary issues in college see their draft status suffer tremendously, sometimes leaving them undrafted FA.

Not to mention all the shite with Perriloux.
Need to lock all those athletes up in the off season. put ankle bracelets on all of them...
We need to hire Fricking Nico from "Neccessary Roughness"...

Good riddance. Great on the field but his arrogant schtick attitude came back and got him.

did you son? he only played nickel in certain situations. he even played S one game. u act as if he played solely as a nickel which isn't true. seriously dude grow up

Must have been in the works for a few weeks now. Probably why he wasn't brought to SEC media days. Now Dennis Dodd can shut the frick up and stop whining about not being able to interview him.

I completely agree.
To act as if it is Miles fault is just pure comedy.

What's the rule if he wants to play somewhere else (College)? Any chance we will see him on the opposite side of the field at some point?
TIA
