TM7 was awesome but we're so deep he won't affect the D as much as you think.
1st off he doesnt cover for shite...he is just a ball hawk.
There's plenty of guys on the roster who can return punts.
Yes, we lost our nickle back but it doesn't make us any less of a total defense.

For those saying otherwise, NO, we don't have anyone else like TM7 waiting in the wings and NO, he cannot be replaced. Dude was a one-man disruption machine to opposing offenses. I can't imagine why he couldn't keep it together. This is a classic tragedy involving a tragic flaw.

2nd failed test: game suspension
3rd failed test: boot
Damien James disappeared after the USCe game because he was about to get the boot for his latest failed test. Saban never suspended for a game prior to that, either.

Not really. Pot is not inherently bad, but when your employer (or in this case coach and school) have rules against it, you cannot partake. It is really pretty simple, and a lesson that everyone needs to learn. Kid had no business failing MANY drug tests.

It's very upsetting. He's been one of the faces of this team and was a runner up for heisman last year as a defensive player. You know he wishes it would have ended differently, but you can't look over every player's shoulders 24/7. Some people just don't learn.
