Would have been awesome if we would have signed many great DL as well. But what is your point? That the class could have been even better and was not perfect? no shite.

Well people have screamed and yelled about our defensive linemen since the asswhipping in Starkville last season.

Isn't this what people are blaming Miles for in this very thread? Not recruiting enough good lineman? But, now if someone says it, it's hatred for the current coach? How does that work?

At least 80%of college football is,recruiting. LSUmhad far more than a decent season.

You and the rest of,your ilk can continue to call Orgeron a fallback But Fisher and Herman were not coming. Fedora was on the list.

With the status of the program and the booster and administration chaos for a couple of,years. None of the top, coaches were coming here. Not that top, coaches move around very often.

What ever. Other than Saban I would not trade anyone in the SEV for Orgeron.

Miles recruiting of lineman on both sides of the ball had become lacking. I'm glad that Orgeron sees that it is an issue and is addressing it.

+1, Miles was awesome but had become stagnant, however am very much liking the coach we wound up with and with what he is doing with the program

We appear to have a made a nice haul on the offensive line. But you just acknowledged our DL haul is lacking.

Damn good job recruiting so far and hopefully it ends even greater in February and that it translates to more wins next season. Just a few plays away from 11 regular season wins is nothing to sneeze at.

Miles has nothing to do with any opinion I hold about LSU or about Coach O. It was time for him to go and he’s gone. I’m not the one that continually brings up his name. Perhaps you should ask yourself why are you always bring up coach miles.

Three years after a coaching change, and I don’t care who the coaching change would have been from, I had greater expectations for LSU football than 9-3, 5-3, 63-10 vs Bama, and a 10th ranked SEC O. If you didn’t, great. After almost 3 yrs of Coach O making game day decisions, I have concerns with his ability to surpass 9-10 wins. If you don’t, great.

Cause I have concerns bout that, it doesn’t follow I have any hate/distaste for the guy. That’s just silly, but a expected reply from some.

I find it comical, Lonnie. I posted this in this thread...

Nah just give credit when credit is due and vice versa with criticism. Outstanding job with this class so far and let's hope it closes out even better in February.

And then replied to with this...

Great recuting class & still u tards still love to rip Coach O!

Willie cursed me out, called me a hater in another thread and told me to go frick myself for saying "I hope Emery signs." Just laugh at it.

it is lacking,we only have two. Hopefully we can get at least one more in this class. We have a couple more targets that we may or may not get in this class but on the plus side, 2020 is much more loaded with quality DT's in state and out of state who are giving us heavy consideration.

but at least we are going in the right direction once again and are a much more competitive team than we had been in a good while. Do you realize that we haven't finished a season in the top 10 since 2011? With a bowl win this will be our best finish to a season in 7 years. We came up a couple plays short and some very bad officiating that all went against us from being 11-1 right now. You may not see it but the national media and college football fans and most LSU fans do see the improvement and the job that Coach Orgeron has done and are not afraid to give him credit for it as they have no axe to grind against him or the LSU football program.

That's its own point.

It's a conspicuous deficiency in the class given the head football coach's specialty.

I want to make it clear that I'm not bashing him or anything. I'm confident that he is doing everything in his power to secure the commitments of several top defensive linemen as we speak.

But the facts are the facts and we shouldn't bury our heads in the sand or run away from them. I think it's important to keep asking the right questions of this regime.

I'm sorry. I didn't realize that you thought that I meant it literally as me or you. Anyway what do you expect out of LSU? I think that's where the miscommunication comes from.

what a dumbass thing to say. WTF is that even supposed to mean? Because you can't really expect a good player like that to sign with O as HC? Just shows what a negative little turd you can be at times. To think you were showing signs of being a normal person now you got to go and post this crap. GFY

quit posting like a little bitch and grow some balls

And here is the link if you feel like tracing it back to see that I literally only said "Hopefully he signs."

literally no one who follows recruiting 'buried there head" and doesn't already know we want to sign more DL's in this class.

because no one would know we didn't get the DL's we want in this class if you didn't "ask the right question"

if your point wasn't to bash him, and you thought you had some insight that we missed on DL's in this class, why didn't you go to the recruiting board and discuss this with people that could have explained shite to you.

So what exactly are you expecting out of LSU right now? You apparently think that LSU was or is ahead of where they actually were. What record were you expecting this season? Looking back do you honestly think that this team was ready to compete for a NC?

If you think that then you need to get a grip. I don't care who was coaching.
