Time for LSU's #2 sport to get ready to make a championship run

This week events:
SOFTBALL SEASON IS UPON US!
2/6: LSU softball vs. Central Arkansas SECN+
2/7-2/9: LSU softball @ Tiger Classic this weekend
Softball season is upon us
The Tiger Classic will consist of LSU playing Oklahoma State and Florida A&M twice during the weekend.
FEB 7 (FRI) 6:00 PM #11 LSU vs #13 Oklahoma State SECN+
FEB 8 (SAT) 1:30 PM #11 LSU vs Florida A&M SECN+
FEB 8 (SAT) 4:00 PM #11 LSU vs #13 Oklahoma State SECN+
FEB 9 (SUN) 1:00 PM #11 LSU vs Florida A&M SECN+
The Tigers will be featured on national TV 12 times this season!
Every game at Tiger Park will be streamed live on SECN+

The first appearance on national television for 2020 will be in March when the Tigers open up SEC action at South Carolina. The final two games of the three-game series will air on SEC Network.
SEC Network will also be the broadcast for the Sunday and Monday matchups vs. Mississippi State. LSU and Georgia will be featured on ESPN2 on March 28 and 29 in Tiger Park.
When the Tigers travel to Alabama, ESPN will be the broadcast for the April 11 contest. The final two games of the three-game series against Tennessee will air live on ESPN2 to go along with an ESPNU broadcast for the Missouri match up on April 25. The two final games of the regular season at Auburn will air on ESPNU & ESPN2.

Softball and gymnastics are by far the two most followed female sports but softball isn’t the #2 overall followed sport at LSU. Beach volleyball has gained some good traction over the last couple years.
Football, men’s basketball and baseball will always out draw the other sports but they are still heavily followed by many, more than most think.

I love all LSU sports but please don’t make fans come down our softball program, because solely based on their disdain of you, not actually the LSU softball program
