I just hope someone steps up to be a competent 3rd starter to take some pressure off of Eades.

our ace should be nola. eades will start saturdays and was the 3rd starter most of last year. he was great early on, but bad towards the end. which is reocurring for him because his arm fatigues. So his main question mark is can he keep it up for the duration of a season. 3rd starter is still very much up in the air.

just my opinion but i thnk Ibarra plays SS, Bregman 3B, and Jacoby stays at 2nd.

Just listened to a video of CPM and it appears he has his guys. Ibarra at third and Bregman at Short and Jones at second. Did not mention first. Praised Sciambra and Laird in the outfield and mentioned no one else. Only thing he was set on in the pitching side was the Eades and Nola would be Friday and Saturday guys. He still did not know which.

Paul may not say "who" is starting Friday/Saturday, but I think we all realize who will be starting Friday/Saturday. Nola's audition went well last year on opening night of regionals for Friday night.

A little off topic here, but I'm about to start traveling for a new job and I don't want to miss baseball. Does anyone have experience with GeauxZone and is it worth the $100+ a year? Also, will it work with an IPad?

i remember montgomery from last year. nola was a true freshman last year so he's obviously back and will be next year too (i dont believe he's old enough to leave after 2).

yes its worth it. you can just pay $12 a month if you prefer. depends on if you only need it during the baseball season.

the product isnt great, and other schools blow geauxzone out of the water, but it is still worth it.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I went to the site to check it out, but they don't really talk about how many games are available. Do they show all games?

I disagree. I don't think the product is inferior to many at all. The only two things I think that bring the quality down are (1) Jim Hawthorne and (2) no pitch count, runners on base, inning indicators.
