I have close friends in PA and from what they're saying (and from what I'm reading), given that Penn State hasn't beaten a ranked team this season, they're treating this game as the biggest game for PSU and JoPa in many, many years.

LSU players, on the other hand, seem to be yawning over this one, and the fans are dumping their tickets.

I love LSU, but my money is on PSU.

This concerns me. The best teams often don't win in bowls because they don't feel like being there.

The LSU players want to end this season on a high note. If you put your money on Penn st you will lose. LSU will rape Penn st.

I'd love to see some examples.

So, you don't think Ohio State, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, etc weren't treating their respective bowl games against LSU as huge games? Stop kidding yourself.

Yea they sure were yawning at the end of the
Arkansas game.

They were pumped up and will be again for this game.

Don't kill the messenger, guys. (also- DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK) That said, I'm as big a LSU homer as any of you could ever be. But I'm also a realist, and PSU is JACKED for this game, kids.

JACKED.

Are we? Not really.

I'm a realist as well, and I fully realize LSU could lose this game. Is that a given? I'm going to ignore your prediction and head down to Orlando to cheer on my Tigers.

You keep saying this yet have nothing to back it up. Where can you tell that LSU players aren't excited about this game?

He just wants to come back after the game and bump this thread back up and feel like a king if it actually happens. However, I completely disagree with his whole post.
