We were a good team on the verge of being great in 2012. We have been a good team who can't break through that brick wall ever since.

Yep. Going into year 4 of Eaux leading up the recruiting charge and we are still hearing about talent deficiencies. At what point do you say the guy picking the players and developing the players just isn’t good at HIS job?
