Tiger Wire - Latest buzz surrounding LSU’s neck-and-neck quarterback competition

LSUWire - LSU doesn’t have a shortage of talent at the position, as it returns a veteran in Myles Brennan while adding a player with three years of Power Five starting experience in Jayden Daniels.
None of the three was able to separate themselves from the group during spring camp, and it seems that after a week of fall practices, coach Brian Kelly isn’t particularly close to naming a starter.
Based on that, it seems that Tigers fans hoping the passing depth chart would be cemented well ahead of the season will be disappointed. However, it does sound like Denbrock and Kelly don’t have much interest in rotating quarterbacks to begin the season and plan to have a starter in place before the season opener against Florida State.

Well, during the last scrimmage with Nuss hurt, Daniel’s took all the first team reps. So apparently there is some separation.
