Tiger Stadium has about 10/15 more rows than it needs in the upper deck

Just an observation. The view up there is suspect and not many people want to pay for those seats

TONS of people want to and will pay for those seats.
People will do whatever they can to get in a game, bad seat or not someone somewhere will pay
But ill down vote

Look at the unsold tickets for this coming game. They are pretty much all from the top of the east and west uppers

Understood, but again no one wants to buy them. The demand is not there because they are so high up

So because there are some empty seats at crappy game you would make the stadium smaller?
Then i guess expand it by 10,000 when we play bama?

The top 10-15 rows think Fournette is overrated after last Saturday.

They were returned by visiting teams. They would be sold if we were playing a good team or they could be sold as season tickets

I'm actually saying put an awning over the upper decks (kind of like bryant denny or new kyle) with lights on it. Build the awning such that it takes out about 7/8 rows. Now you have covered seats in the upper deck which people will buy and you eliminate the worst of the worst seats. You lose about 2,000 seats but we still have over 100k. You also make some of those seats more premium by adding cushion seatbacks

This guy thinks LSU fans go to games because of their seat location?
Dude...It's all about the game day partying/socializing scene much moreso than that.
Troll elsewhere.

I know I am in the minority, but I prefer sitting in the east uppers more than anywhere else in the stadium. It really is a lot of fun up there.

This. There isn't really a "bad" or "suspect" seat up there. OP sounds like that know it all ahole you're referring to.
